FirstLink offers Caring Contacts, a program that receives referrals from hospitals and clinics across North Dakota as well as the 211 Helpline and the National Suicide Prevention Line. The program offers informal resources and coping strategies, encourages mental health treatment, and provides non-judgmental listening and support. Calls are offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and work around your schedule.
Community Navigator for Addiction
The Community Navigator assists people in finding treatment and recovery resources through personal connection, follow-up and encouragement. Dial 2-1-1 if you or someone you know is in need of help for substance misuse.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL)
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) is a 24 hour, toll-free, confidential suicide prevention hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. By dialing 1-800-273-TALK, the call is routed to the nearest crisis center in our national network of more than 150 crisis centers. The Lifeline’s national network of local crisis centers, provides crisis counseling and mental health referrals day and night.
